AI Disclosure

Irada's assessment methodology uses a proprietary, internal AI-augmented analysis system, operating on enterprise-grade large language model infrastructure within a secure, access-controlled cloud environment. The system generates structured analysis, draft recommendations, and draft narrative text. Consultants review that material and use it to produce the final deliverables. Final assessment judgements and client recommendations are the work of consultants.

Consultants bring the sector expertise, engagement context, and professional accountability that determine what findings mean and what the client should do. A consultant reviews the analysis and its source material before anything reaches a client. Interpretation, recommendation, and accountability remain with the consultant.

Irada does not process personally identifiable information. The methodology derives insight from organisational and technical evidence — such as system documentation, architecture, process descriptions and aggregate metrics — not from individual customer records. Clients are asked to provide information in de-identified or aggregated form and to exclude individual customer records.

Client data is processed within a secure, Australian-hosted environment. It is not used to train AI models and is not shared with any third party other than as required by law. Infrastructure providers process it solely on Irada's instruction, under confidentiality and no-training obligations. Raw client materials are deleted once they are no longer required for the engagement. Engagement work product, comprising the reports and analysis produced by Irada, is retained in accordance with our professional and legal obligations.
